The company, which was founded in 2000 and provided live and on-demand video for televisions and mobile devices, filed for bankruptcy protection in March 2021 with $75,000,000 in liabilities. In May 2021, the bankruptcy court approved the debtor’s $23,000,000 going-concern sale to TiVo Corp.
