Representation of an ad hoc lienholders committee whose members held mechanic’s liens against the debtors’ oil and gas wells. The debtors conduct oil and gas exploration, drilling, and development operations in the Permian Basin in Texas, having drilled and completed more than 40 wells. The firm advised the lienholders in enforcing and protecting their rights and claims against the debtors. The debtors confirmed a reorganization plan that, among other provisions, established a cash fund of up to $27 million for the lien claimants.
