The debtor offers top-of-market software-as-a-service (SaaS) for queue management, managing physical and digital customer interactions in a single, unified software application. Under the debtor’s platform, customers of an end-user can join a queue for customer-service interaction using their mobile devices to remain informed of their place in the queue and expected wait times. The QLess platform manages more than 30 million visits per year. With the firm’s assistance, the debtor obtained confirmation of its reorganization plan, which converted debtor-in-possession (DIP) loan claims into new preferred stock and discharged general unsecured claims in exchange for certain cash distributions under the plan.
