Representation of the creditors’ committee in the Rockall Energy case in the Northern District of Texas. Rockall Energy and its debtor affiliates comprised an oil and gas company with nearly 300 active wells in North Dakota, Mississippi and Louisiana. The committee reached a global settlement with the debtors and other key parties, resulting in a substantial cash fund for the benefit of creditors under the debtors’ confirmed chapter 11 plan.
