Representation of the agent for the prepetition secured lenders to the chapter 11 debtors, which design and manufacture fuel pumps, injectors, and other products for gas/diesel engines. Substantially all of the debtors’ assets were sold to affiliates of the prepetition lenders; a liquidating plan proposed by the creditors’ committee—and negotiated with and supported by the agent—was subsequently confirmed by the Delaware bankruptcy court.
