The stalking-horse bidder was ultimately the approved buyer of substantially all of the debtors’ operating assets, which sale successfully closed. The debtors were a multi-industry services company that provided infrastructure services—including construction, maintenance, and support—to customers in energy, power generation, and industrial end markets.
