Case Overview

On June 27, 2021, Agilon Energy Holdings II LLC, Victoria Port Power LLC and Victoria City LLC commenced chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas ("Bankruptcy Court"). Marvin Isgur is the presiding judge. On June 28, the Bankruptcy Court ordered that the three cases be administratively consolidated under case number 21-32156 ("Agilon cases"). Locke Lord LLP is counsel to the debtors; Elizabeth Guffy is the attorney at Locke Lord responsible for the engagement. 

Committee Appointment

On July 30, 2021, the United States Trustee appointed a committee of unsecured creditors in the Agilon cases ("Committee"). Current members are Baker Hughes Company, and Saber Power Services. The Committee has selected Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP ("PSZJ") as counsel and the Bankruptcy Court has approved the firm's employment. Michael Warner, Ira Kharasch and Jeff Pomerantz are the principal attorneys at PSZJ responsible for this engagement.
