Case Overview

On April 7, 2024, 99 Cents Only Stores and a number of affiliates filed chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (“Bankruptcy Court”). On April 9, the Bankruptcy Court ordered that the cases be administratively consolidated under docket number 24-10719 (“99 Cents Only Cases”). J. Kate Stickles is the presiding judge.
