Rockall Energy Holdings

Case Overview

On March 9, 2022, Rockall Energy Holdings, LLC and affiliates (including Petro Harvester Operating Company, LLC; White Marlin Investment Company, LLC; and White Marlin Midstream, LLC*) filed chapter 11 petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas (“Bankruptcy Court”). Mark X. Mullin is the presiding judge. On March 11, 2022, the Bankruptcy Court administratively consolidated the cases under docket number 22-90000 (“Rockall cases”).

Committee Appointment

On March 18, 2022, the United States Trustee appointed a committee of unsecured creditors in the Rockall cases (“Committee”). Current members are Basin Service Company, ChampionX Corporation, N5 Services, Verde Services and WBI Energy Transmission. The Committee has selected Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP (“PSZJ”) as its counsel and Riveron as its financial advisor, subject to Bankruptcy Court approval. Robert Feinstein, Michael Warner and Jeffrey Pomerantz are the principal attorneys at PSZJ responsible for this engagement.
