Critical Insights on the European Insolvency Regulation Review Process and Challenges Presented by the 2014 Commission Recommendations

Teddy Kapur will moderate a panel discussion analyzing the review process and proposed reforms to the European Union Insolvency Regulation (1346/2000) and assessing the recommendations to improve the EU Insolvency Regulation that were adopted by the European Commission in March 2014. Enacted in May 2000, the EU Insolvency Regulation provided, for the first time, a governance framework for crossborder insolvencies in Europe.
