Dealing with DAO's and De-Fi in International Proceedings

Steve Golden will moderate a panel at the International Insolvency Institute’s 25th Annual Conference, which will be held June 9-10, 2025 at the Renaissance Hotel in São Paulo, Brazil. The panel, entitled “Dealing with DAO’s and De-Fi in International Proceedings,” will discuss governance challenges, the rights of token holders, and the implications of Hector DAO’s landmark chapter 15 bankruptcy case.
