First Day Orders

Jim Stang will be part of a panel discussion at this National Association of Attorneys General program of the issues that arise in the early days of a bankruptcy reorganization from the government’s point of view, including cash collateral orders, debtor’s motion for TRO of state regulatory actions, moving for the appointment of a chapter 11 trustee, change of venue, and challenging compensation of debtor’s professionals.
