George M. Treister Memorial Bankruptcy Law Update

As has been the tradition for many years, Jeff Davidson and Gabe Glazer will present their annual bankruptcy update to cap off the FLC’s program year, surveying the most “notable” bankruptcy decisions of the last year. “Notable” includes decisions that are likely to have a significant impact on bankruptcy and commercial practice, decisions that deal with key unsettled legal issues, and a few decisions that might be described as odd or otherwise of note. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the program will be held by Zoom video conference. Invitations with the webinar information will be included in event registration confirmation email.
