George M. Treister Memorial Bankruptcy Law Update

Jeff Davidson and Gabe Glazer will continue the annual tradition of presenting a survey of the most “notable” bankruptcy decisions of the last year—those decisions that are likely to have the most significant impact on bankruptcy and commercial practice, decisions that deal with key unsettled legal issues, and a few decisions that might be described as odd or otherwise of note. In what is hoped not to be much of a tradition, the presentation will be via Zoom.
