Jeff Davidson and Gabe Glazer will present, as has been the tradition for many years, their Annual Bankruptcy Update to cap off the Financial Lawyers Conference’s program year. The discussion will focus on the most “notable” bankruptcy decisions of the last year—”notable” being defined as those decisions that are likely to have the most significant impact on bankruptcy and commercial practice, decisions that deal with key unsettled legal issues, and a few decisions that might be described as odd or otherwise of note.
