Henry Kevane to Chair ABA Business Bankruptcy Committee

We are pleased to announce that, in September 2023, Henry Kevane was appointed the Chair of the Business Bankruptcy Committee of the American Bar Association, a position he will hold until 2026. He succeeded U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Alston (W.D. Wa.) in this important leadership role. The committee is the world’s largest organization of bankruptcy restructuring lawyers. Its mission is to be the preeminent resource of the ABA Business Law Section on matters related to business bankruptcy cases, corporate restructurings and other insolvency situations by offering top-tier educational content and by spearheading initiatives for the study of bankruptcy procedure, policy, and reform.
