Innovation vs. Insolvency: Current Issues in Fintech and Cryptocurrency Cases

Gregory Demo will moderate a panel titled “Innovation vs. Insolvency: Current Issues in Fintech and Cryptocurrency Cases” at this year’s American Bankruptcy Institute International Caribbean Insolvency Symposium at the Cayman Islands from 9:30 to 10:45am on January 25, 2025. During the session, the panel – comprised of James Drury of Interpath Ltd., Stacy A. Lutkus of McDermott Will & Emery, and Nia Statham of Baker & Partners LL – will unpack current international insolvency issues in fintech and cryptocurrency.

The ABI International Caribbean Insolvency Symposium is a three-day educational and networking forum featuring prominent bankruptcy judges and experienced practitioners, held this year on Seven Mile Beach at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa in Grand Cayman from January 23 to 25.
