James W. Walker Recognized Among Lawdragon's 2026 “500 Leading Litigators in America"

A highly skilled trial lawyer with more than 35 years of experience in complex litigation matters, Jim’s experience includes serving as co-lead counsel in the adversary proceedings of Think Finance Litigation Trust vs. Elevate Credit, Inc. and Think Finance Litigation Trust vs. 4H Investco, LP, et al., as well as acting as an integral member of the PSZJ team that worked on the chapter 11 bankruptcy cases of Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman. His practice has included the successful defense of results he achieved at the trial court level in the Fifth Circuit and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal and multiple Texas appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Texas, as well as multiple arbitration successes in the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the leading institution for administering cross-border arbitrations.
