Jeremy Richards Named to United States Bankruptcy Court of the Central District of California's Mediation Panel

Jeremy Richards was recently named to the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Central District of California’s Mediation Panel. From the court’s website: “Formal litigation of disputes in bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings can impose significant economic burdens on parties and can delay dispute resolution. In an effort to assist, the Court established a Mediation Program to provide litigants with the means to resolve their disputes more quickly, at less cost, and often without the stress and pressure of litigation.”
