Debra Grassgreen will join this panel, cosponsored by the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges International Committee and the American College of Bankruptcy, for a discussion of strategies on where to file cross-Canada-U.S. restructuring cases involving third-party releases, reverse-vesting Texas Two Step cases, and other cases involving controversial issues, as well as how best to present these cases to obtain recognition under both Canadian and U.S. insolvency and crossborder recognition laws and other related issues, including standards for sealing documents related to such applications.
