As has been the tradition for many years, Jeff Davidson and Gabe Glazer will present their annual bankruptcy update, surveying the most "notable" bankruptcy decisions of the last year. "Notable" includes decisions likely to have a significant impact on bankruptcy and commercial practice, decisions that deal with key unsettled legal issues, and a few decisions that might be described as odd or otherwise of note. The program will be held in person and by Zoom video conference.
