Jeffrey Davidson to Speak at American Law Institute CLE Program, “Commercial Lending Today 2017”

Jeff Davidson will be participating on the faculty of the upcoming American Law Institute CLE program, “Commercial Lending Today 2017,” which will take place on April 20 and 21, 2017, at the Bar Association of San Francisco Conference Center. Jeff will coordinate a panel on “Bankruptcy Case Law: Key Developments,” which will discuss bankruptcy case decisions rendered over the last year having the greatest impact on commercial lending. Jeff will also join his colleagues on a second panel, “Intellectual Property Security Interests – Current Issues,” to discuss the implications of bankruptcy for lenders with security interests in intellectual property.
