Pachulski Stang Honored for Work on Flying J and The Walking Company Chapter 11 Cases

The M&A Advisor announced the winners of the 2011 Turnaround Awards at a recent gala event in Palm Beach, Florida. Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones took home three awards for its work representing creditors' committees in chapter 11 cases. For Flying J Inc. the firm was part of a team that won the Large Market Turnaround of the Year award and the Divestiture Deal of the Year award. The firm was also part of the team that won the Chapter 11 Reorganization of the Year (Lower Middle Market) award for The Walking Company/Big Dog USA chapter 11 case.
The committee for Flying J was represented by Robert Feinstein, Debra Grassgreen, James O'Neill and Ilan Scharf. The Walking Company committee was represented by Shirley Cho.
