Rob Feinstein was recently quoted in Law360’s article "Ch. 11 Case Solutions Tightened As Jevic Anniversary Passes,” which discusses restructuring practitioners’ attitudes towards how the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in the case has impacted the bankruptcy arena. According to Rob, last year's decision has essentially left insolvency practitioners with one less technique to use when representing bankrupt mid-market companies.
“From a process standpoint, the whole bankruptcy system has had a tool taken away from it that was bringing about settlements and credit recoveries,” said Rob.
