Teddy M. Kapur Named One of NAPABA’s “Best Lawyers Under 40”

Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP partner Teddy M. Kapur has been named one of the “Best Lawyers Under 40” by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). The award recognizes individuals in the Asian Pacific American legal community who have achieved prominence and distinction in their respective fields and demonstrated a strong commitment to civic or community affairs.

Mr. Kapur is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, and he has a national practice representing debtors, creditors' committees, trustees, and asset purchasers in chapter 11 corporate bankruptcies, chapter 9 municipal bankruptcies and out-of-court restructurings.

NAPABA will present the award in November at its 26th annual convention in Scottsdale, Arizona.
