Outbound Activity: Chinese Participation in Western Restructurings and Insolvencies

Malhar Pagay will be a panelist in this discussion regarding the increasing involvement of China-based entities in commercial, transactional, and financing activities outside of China, especially in the restructuring context. The panel will address the methodologies used by Chinese companies in becoming involved in such activities, the industries and areas in which greater involvement is anticipated, and the legal and business issues arising for such companies in the contexts of western restructurings and insolvency proceedings.
