Pachulski Stang Selected to Represent Creditors in Christian Brothers Chapter 11 Cases

The firm has been retained to represent the official committees of unsecured creditors of The Christian Brothers of Ireland, Inc. and The Christian Brothers Institute in two chapter 11 cases pending in the Southern District of New York.  The Christian Brothers is a teaching order that operated schools all over North America.  The firm has represented nine committees in the chapter 11 cases of entities related to the Catholic Church, all of which are related to the clergy sex abuse scandal.
