Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones Wins Two M&A Advisor 2023 “Restructuring Deal of the Year” Awards for Acquisition of Bang Energy by Monster Beverage, and the Sale of Easterday Ranches

The firm is pleased to announce it was an integral part of two dealmaking teams that were awarded M&A Advisor’s “Restructuring Deal of the Year” as part of its 22nd Annual M&A Awards. PSZJ’s work in the sale of Easterday Ranches and Easterday Farms to Farmland Reserve was selected as Restructuring Deal of the Year in the $100MM – $250MM category, and its work in the acquisition of Bang Energy by Monster Beverage was selected as Restructuring Deal of the Year in the $250MM – $1B category. Members of the dealmaking team include PSZJ’s Teddy Kapur and Greg Demo.

Receiving this award is a prestigious honor; each year, The M&A Advisor selects only one deal for recognition in each category. The awards were presented at a Black-Tie Gala on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, in New York City.
