Rob Feinstein will participate in this panel discussion sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute at the 85th annual National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges.  The panel will cover issues arising in postconfirmation chapter 11 liquidation trusts, including scope of  jurisdiction over actions brought by postconfirmation trusts, standing, and the applicability of the in pari delicto defense.
