Potential Uses of Mediation in Debt Restructuring and Insolvency

Debra Grassgreen will take part in this program as part of the inaugural UNCITRAL Academy, which is co-organized by the Singapore Ministry of Law and UNCITRAL (United Nations Commission on International Trade Law). The panelists will focus on how mediation, which has building consensus as its primary goal, can provide a useful platform to bridge the diversity of interests and stakeholders in corporate debt restructuring and insolvency.
