PRC Insolvency Law: The New PRC Bankruptcy Law, NPLs and Out-of-Court Workouts

Malhar S. Pagay will participate in a panel discussion of  Chinese insolvency law: bankruptcy, nonperforming loans, and out-of court workouts.  The panel is part of the American Bankruptcy Institute’s open workshop educational event co-sponsored by the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawai’i, the Institute of Asian-Pacific Business Law at the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawai’i, and the Bankruptcy Law Section of the Hawai’i State Bar Association.
