William LeRoux

Will LeRoux, resident in the firm’s Delaware office, practices in the areas of corporate restructuring and insolvency litigation.

Before joining the firm, Will clerked for the Honorable Karen Owens in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and the Honorable Denise Barnett in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Will holds a B.B.A. from Loyola University Chicago and a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law.
