David M. Bertenthal

David Bertenthal, resident in the firm’s San Francisco office, has substantial experience representing debtors, unsecured creditors, and secured creditors in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. He also has substantial experience in nonbankruptcy commercial litigation and transactional matters. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America since 2021 in the practice area of Litigation – Bankruptcy. He is a graduate of Cornell University and earned his J.D. from Hastings College of the Law.
