PSZJ Secures Confirmation of Chapter 11 Liquidating Plan for Avenger Flight Group

We are pleased to announce that the chapter 11 plan for Avenger Flight Group, LLC, and its debtor affiliates has been confirmed by Judge Mary F. Walrath of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. PSZJ served as counsel to the debtors. The confirmed plan provides for a distribution waterfall prioritizing litigation trust expenses, with remaining proceeds distributed 40% to general unsecured creditors and 60% to prepetition lenders. The debtors previously sold substantially all of their assets with the sale closing on May 9, 2026. The plan was confirmed at an uncontested hearing and is supported by a global case settlement.
