• 363 Sale of the Year ($250MM to $500MM) for the Sec. 363 Sale of Air Pros, LLC; PSZJ represented the unsecured creditors’ committee in this case.
• 363 Sale of the Year (Over $500MM) for the Sec. 363 Sale of Joann Inc. to GA Group and Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB; PSZJ represented the unsecured creditors’ committee in this case.
• Chapter 11 Reorganization of the Year ($500MM to $1B) for the Restructuring of Accuride Corporation; PSZJ represented the ad hoc committee in this case.  
• Turnaround Award (Over $100MM) for the Sale of Claire’s Holdings; PSZJ represented the ad hoc committee in this case.
• Cross-Border Restructuring of the Year ($100MM to $250MM) for the Acquisition of Rok Power by Stellex Capital; PSZJ represented the foreign representative in this case.
• Restructuring Community Impact Award for the Sec. 363 Sale and Chapter 11 Reorganization of Gritsone Bio; PSZJ was debtor’s counsel to Gritstone Bio in this case.
• Restructuring of the Year ($500MM TO $1B) for the Restructuring of Big Lots; PSZJ represented the Chapter 7 trustee in this case.
• Restructuring of the Year ($1B to $5B) for the Chapter 11 Reorganization of At Home Group Inc.; PSZJ represented the unsecured creditors’ committee in this case.

The Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards recognize the leading distressed transactions, restructurings, and refinancings firms and professionals in the US and international markets. Hundreds of award nominations, received during an open call over several weeks, were evaluated by an independent panel of industry experts who served as this year’s judges, ensuring a rigorous and peer-driven selection process.

The awards will be presented as part of the 2026 Distressed Investing Summit and Turnaround Awards Gala in Palm Beach, Florida on March 23 & 24, 2026.
