PSZJ Wins Four M&A Advisor “Turnaround” Awards

We are proud to announce that we were involved with four deals that will receive awards at the 2017 M&A Advisor “Turnaround” Awards Gala in Palm Beach. The deals are:

• The sale of Last Call Guarantor, LLC (winner, sale of the year, $25m-$100m)
• The sale of Aeropostale to Consortium (winner, sale of the year, over $100m-250m)
• The restructuring of Horsehead Holding Corp. (winner, reorganization of the year, over $250m-$500m)
• The restructuring of Aeropostale (winner, restructuring deal of the year, over $250m-$500m)
