Report of the ABI Task Force on Plan Confirmation: Recommendations for Sale Cases

John Lucas will moderate a discussion of the recommendations made of the ABI Plan Task force, which was appointed in February 2014 to investigate making the plan-confirmation process more efficient and economical while minimizing the number of structural dismissals or conversions. The task force is also making other recommendations to make the process more viable for cash-strapped middle-market debtors.
