Richard Pachulski Testifies on Retail Bankruptcies Before House Judiciary Subcommittee

Richard Pachulski testified before the House Judiciary Committee Subcommittee on Commercial and Administrative Law on chapter 11 bankruptcies and the retail industry.  The text of his testimony on “Circuit City Unplugged: Why Did Chapter 11 Fail To Save 34,000 Jobs?” is linked below.  Mr. Pachulski is lead counsel to the creditors’ committee in the recent chapter 11 case of Circuit City and affiliates.
