Rights and Roles of Unsecured Creditors

Debra Grassgreen will discuss the rights and roles of unsecured creditors in bankuptcy cases under United States bankruptcy law at this program as part of the International Insolvency Institute’s annual meeting.  The program is presented by IWIRC, the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.
