Rob Feinstein Named a Vice-Chair of the International Bar Association (IBA) Insolvency Section’s Reorganization & Workouts Subcommittee

Rob Feinstein has been named a Vice-Chair of the International Bar Association (IBA) Insolvency Section’s Reorganization & Workouts Subcommittee for the upcoming January 2015-December 2016 term.  The Reorganization & Workouts Subcommittee focuses on both formal and informal restructurings, including, inter alia, issues relating to the negotiation, proposal, solicitation and litigation of plans of reorganization, schemes of arrangement, pre-packaged plans, compositions, expedited reorganizations and out of court workouts.  IBA Subcommittees are at the heart of the Insolvency Section’s mission, as they plan and present panel sessions at the Spring and Annual Conferences.
