Solving Sovereign Debt Crises

Teddy Kapur will join a panel discussion regarding efforts to address unsustainable debt obligations burdening sovereign jurisdictions around the world.  The panel will discuss lessons learned from the Argentine debt restructuring, review new laws passed in Mexico to reduce public debt of states and municipalities, and evaluate the US government’s intervention into the Puerto Rico debt crisis.
