Steve Golden Elected to Serve Two-Year Term on the International Insolvency Institute’s NextGen Executive Committee International Insolvency Institute (III)

We are pleased to share that Steve Golden has been elected to serve a two-year term on the International Insolvency Institute’s (III’s) prestigious NextGen Executive Committee. The NextGen program was established in 2012 to create an interesting, informative, and valuable environment for younger professionals and academics, providing them with an opportunity to liaise with III members, the insolvency industry’s most esteemed professionals. This role reflects Steve’s continued leadership among the next generation of crossborder insolvency practitioners.

The International Insolvency Institute is an excellence-driven, active-member, non-profit organization of limited membership, serving as an independent global source of unique expertise dedicated to advancing the development, innovation, and reform of insolvency law and practice.
