October 14, 2025The firm is pleased to announce that Steve Golden has been named to the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) 2025 Class of 40 Under 40. Steve was selected for his accomplishments and expertise by a broad spectrum of professionals from across the insolvency community.
Each year, the highly competitive and prestigious list identifies and honors 40 individuals under the age of 40 who demonstrate remarkable ability, leadership and achievement in the bankruptcy and insolvency community. Steve and his fellow honorees are distinguished by professional achievements and service, and were selected by a group of experienced insolvency professionals.

He has authored over 20 bankruptcy publications, including an article on COMI manipulation which recently appeared in ABI Journal’s August 2025 International Edition.
This year’s ABI 40 Under 40 honorees will be recognized at a special ceremony on Dec. 5 during ABI’s 2025 Winter Leadership Conference in Tucson, Arizona.
