STS Renewables Chapter 15 Named Energy Deal of the Year by The M&A Advisor

The firm is pleased to announce that its work in the chapter 15 bankruptcy of STS Renewables Ltd. has been recognized as Energy Deal of the Year (Under $1B) at the 17th Annual International M&A Awards by The M&A Advisor.
