The Rights of Children Victims to Justice

James Stang will be participating in an upcoming panel as part of Child USA’s Symposium on Children’s Rights and Justice on November 5, 2025, on the University of Pennsylvania’s campus. His panel, entitled “The Rights of Children Victims to Justice,” will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. During the panel, Jim will discuss protecting survivors’ rights in chapter 11 proceedings, best practices for survivor committees in mass tort bankruptcies, the evolution of bankruptcy law to respect children’s rights, and redefining “justice” when institutions are insolvent.
