Too Many Hats in the Ethical Ring: When Insiders, Affiliates, Friends, and Family Show Up All Over a Restructuring

Jordan Kroop will participate in a panel at the University of Texas School of Law Continuing Legal Education’s (“UT Law CLE”) Jay L. Westbrook Bankruptcy Conference, being held November 17 and 18, 2022, in Austin, Texas. The session, entitled, “Too Many Hats in the Ethical Ring: When Insiders, Affiliates, Friends, and Family Show Up All Over a Restructuring,” will take place from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. During the presentation, Mr. Kroop and his fellow panelists will discuss the issues of conflicting interests in cases of closely held corporations.
