U.S. Bankruptcy Code – A Model for Insolvency Law?

Teddy Kapur has been invited to speak as a guest lecturer at the meeting of the Insolvency Section of the Mexican Bar Association.  Mr. Kapur and another American attorney will review key features of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and discuss practice tips that could be effective under Mexican bankruptcy law, the Ley de Concursos Mercantiles.
