Who Wants to Be a Section 363 Millionaire?

Teddy Kapur will be a panelist for this program, an interactive presentation that will select members of the audience to participate in a series of multiple-choice questions based on a hypothetical sale of assets under section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code. Individual questions will focus on discrete issues in the broader 363 sale context, and will be tailored to address numerous issues of interest to nonbankruptcy lawyers. Expert panelists will provide context and commentary on the issues and strategies that play into the correct answers.
