Z Gallerie: Reorganization of the Year

The M&A Advisor announced the winners of the 2010 Turnaround Awards at the 4^th Annual Turnaround Awards Gala at the Colony Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida.  The chapter 11 reorganization of Z Gallerie was recognized with a Deal of the Year Award. The category was for 2009 reorganizations below $100 million. Jeffrey Dulberg represented the debtor Z Gallerie in the case along with Scotta McFarland, Teddy Kapur, and Mary Lane.
