Representation of certain investment fund lenders to Claire’s Holdings and its affiliate debtors in their chapter 11 cases in the District of Delaware. Prior to the bankruptcy filing, the debtors were the go-to establishment for ear piercings for customers, with more than 2,300 stores and 9,000 concessions locations throughout North America and Europe. The firm advised its clients through a sale and plan process, through which the term lenders will receive significant cash recoveries.
